Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

30 Days

We offer a 30-day return window for most items.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. After requesting a return, the item must be shipped back to us within 30 days.

This extended return period includes the 14-day legal right of withdrawal required under EU consumer law.

To start a return, contact us at [email protected], or send us a message via your order page and include your order number, payment reference or original receipt.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item should be returned with its original packaging where possible.
  • You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store, but excessive use that reduces the item’s value may result in a reduced refund where permitted by law.

We require proof of purchase (such as your order number).

Return Shipping

For returns where the customer changes their mind:

  • Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, especially for international returns.

Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds include:

  • the price paid for the item

If the entire order is returned, we will also refund the original standard shipping cost, as required by EU consumer law.

If only part of an order is returned, the original shipping cost is not refunded.

Sale items are refundable up to the price actually paid.

Example:

  • Item price: $100
  • Sale price paid: $90

Refund issued: $90

Promotional Items & Coupons

If your order included free promotional items (such as bonus stickers or samples provided through a coupon or promotion), those items must also be returned when returning the order.

If the promotional item is not returned, we may deduct its value from the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to their nature.

These include:

  • Random or “surprise” items (such as random sticker packs or gacha-style products)
  • Digital downloads or downloadable content once access has been granted
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Health or personal care products once opened

These exclusions apply where permitted by applicable consumer law.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and include photos of the issue.

If the item was damaged during shipping or arrives defective, we will provide a suitable solution in accordance with consumer law. This typically means:

  • sending a replacement item at our expense, or
  • issuing a refund if replacement is not possible.

Customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.

Lost Shipments

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.

We will first open an investigation with the shipping carrier to determine what happened. Once the situation has been verified, we will work with you to arrange a replacement shipment or refund.

Gifts

If the order was marked as a gift, refunds will still be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
