For customers located in the United States

The tariff situation (Please read carefully)

Unless stated otherwise, we will continue to ship orders to the United States as normal.

Our store does not collect taxes or tariffs when you place your order. And all orders are shipped from the Netherlands to the United States directly.

What does this mean for you? With the new Tariff system, this means that you may be required to pay a Tariff when the package enters your country. We cannot help you pay for this Tariff as it is collected by the United States Government as it passes through customs.

Your local postal company e.g. USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. Will send this customs bill to you before delivering your order. And we cannot pay this bill for you.

For customers located within the European Union

Orders are shipped as normal to anyone within the European Union.

You’re not required to pay any import taxes on your orders, and any and all orders are shipped from the netherlands to you as per normal.
Nekrova Games, d/b/a/ Notto Store, is tax-exempt under Dutch tax regulation. Meaning all prices shown are prices with taxes for your orders. And all prices shown are the final price including taxes.

For customers everywhere else

We do not collect any sales taxes, all prices shown are prices without taxes and you may be required to pay import taxes as the item enters your country.

This tax is collected by your local government and we have no influence on the payment nor execution of this tax.

We try to minimize the inconvenience by filling out all the proper paperwork as we can. However, it is up to you to pay for the import fee.

We ship to Any and All countries unless the country has a trade embargo placed upon it. e.g. North Korea by the dutch or european government.
